This extension has not worked for me. It might work for some, but for my significant other, it was excruciatingly painful. She could not take the extra width and nubs, and we couldn't even get my penis all the way inside her, so I have no idea how the length would have worked.

After one trial, I realized that this was destined to hurt her, but we kept trying just to give a full accurate review. According to the packaging, it is reversible, but that didn't work for intercourse. It DID make it easier to clean. While challenging to put on, it was comfortable for the man. It might start off as too long for some men, and the packaging describes it as trimable.
