The Packaging
When I opened the box to receive this toy, man was I surprised. I had no idea that the extension would be that big, about 8". And the look of it was something like a strange undersea creature. You can easily see the toy through the clear plastic, and the back contains the typical information. The toy is soft, stretchy, and reversible. It's made of TPE and was rather easy to clean.

The Toy
The heart of this review is for the toy itself. Its size may be a bit daunting for men of smaller stature, but that is easily rectified. You can trim some off the base of the toy to whatever size you like. The reversible nature of the toy means you can choose whether to inflict the nubs on your partner, or to have them snuggle around your cock. Given the nature of the toy, I believe the person wearing this might have a lack of sensation due to the thickness of the plastic, not to mention all those lovely little nubs.

I particularly like the nubs on this item. They are not short and rigid, like I've seen on some other items. Instead they are more like a kid's toy. About 1/4" in length, they are rather pliable and move back and forth with ease. Its reversible aspect also allows you to treat it like a condom. I found it rather easy to roll up before putting it on, which was a definite plus to me. I have tried sleeves in the past that felt more like you were trying to fight with it to get it on.

Lube is a plus here, both on the outside and a few drops smeared around the inside. That makes for an easier time of putting it on and taking it back off later on.

My Experience
As I've said in past reviews, I'm a bit unconventional with my toys. I like to experiment and try them in different ways to get the most out of them. Given my lack of a partner for now, I decided to use the Extension as an anal toy.

After rolling the Extension up about halfway, I took the Thinnie Minnie, a dildo I reviewed in the past, and applied a few drops of water-based lube to the head. Then I slid it up inside the Extension as far as I was able before unrolling it back down the shaft. It is about an inch or so too long, so I had to leave it rolled at the base. However this left it with somewhat of a better grip, so I didn't see any reason to trim it. On looking at the toys in their union, it might look a bit daunting. The nubs are stuck out a bit more forcefully towards the head, given the thickness near the Minnie's tip.

A few drops of lube on the end of the Extension and I was ready to take her for a test drive. (One note of caution here. Given the nature of all those nubs, it can get really messy using this as an anal item. Make sure to give yourself a cleansing no more than 12 hours before trying this. That way it'll come out nice and clean.)

I dunno what I expected. This was my first insertion with nubs of this type. But on looking back, I have to say damn what a ride it was. I've never felt anything quite like it, but like it I did. All those bumps shifting and moving makes me think about using it while driving down a bumpy road. I can only wonder at how a woman might feel with this in her vagina. The concept of toe-curling power orgasms comes to mind, though.

While I used the Thinnie Minnie for this, a smaller toy can be substituted. In terms of thickness though, the Thinnie Minnie (about an inch thick along the shaft I believe) is about as big as I'd want to try putting up into the Extension. It was a rather snug fit.
