The biggest complaint would have to the small, circular piece of hard plastic located on the inside of the ring, towards the top. It holds the wire in place and keeps it from falling out; it is slightly difficult to see in the pictures. This piece of plastic was a small annoyance and caused a little bit of discomfort for the wearer. It wasn’t noticeable right away, but could get slightly uncomfortable after a while. It never got to the point where I had to take it off though.
