Total erection system by Topco Sales

Looking at the box, the total erection system is quite impressive. It comes with everything a guy could ever want. The purpose of a pump is to achieve, enhance, and maintain a firm erection, and unfortunately some sex toy companies have tried to overcomplicate what is supposed to be a simple thing. I'm happy to say that Adam & Eve has added some nice extras that don't go above and beyond the point of the sex toy.

The best part of this system is the pressure gauge. There was no instruction booklet included to help you determine if you're over pumping or putting too much pressure on your penis, but I'm sure your penis turning purple would be as much of an indicator that you'd need. Though the pistol grip handle is made out of a cheap plastic, with a few hard and consistent squeezes I got my erection as hard as I wanted it to be. There's a quick release valve that you can push to remove the tubing once you've achieved a firm erection and make you able to stay inside of the vacuum chamber without losing pressure. However, when you press the valve release, you need to hold down the small tube that's still connected to the chamber so that it doesn't pop off as well.

Included with the penis pump is a cyberskin sleeve. In the sleeve there are long nubs which go all the way into it to help stimulate your erection. I put the sleeve inside of the chamber and tried to slide myself into it, but it was impossible, so I put the sleeve over my penis first and then tried to get into the tube that way. I began pumping as to "pull" myself into the chamber, but the cyberskin sleeve was too thick to allow me to do so. Unfortunately, the nubs cause your penis to double in girth making your penis too large to fit into the chamber. I kept trying and managed to only get my head in while most of the sleeve was bunched up at the bottom of my failing erection. The end of the sleeve that covered my penis head was so stretched so thin that air got into it and caused a "bubble." As I tried to release the valve, I accidentally squeezed the trigger and the tip of the paper-thin sleeve burst. I took off the cyberskin stimulator, and fortunately had a replacement sleeve lying around that I used in its place.

Even though the cyberskin stimulator sleeve broke, I still used it solo as a masturbator. It came with a whisper quiet bullet vibe which slipped into the base of the sleeve and I enjoyed the way the nubs felt vibrating against my penis, even though I kept poking out of the end of the sleeve. With the bad comes the good, and while the design was poor, the concept was great. With some creative thinking on my part, I'll be getting a lot more use out of this pump.
