The Stamina Pump happened to be my very first penis pump. To use you simply can remove it from the box and apply the tip to the mouth of the pump. Then you take the bulb and squeeze until you are firmly placed inside the cylinder. It can stretch pretty well so don't be modest, but at the same time be careful not to over do it. If you feel even the slightest bit of pain use the release valve and don't go that far any more. Mine didn't come with instructions and I felt embarrassed even having to look it up, but I now know that the silicone tip was used as a cock ring to keep the pressure and allow you to remain extent. I would recommend getting a normal cock ring and not using the lip, and just put it on before using the pump. This product is not mainly for increasing size or anything of that sort, in my opinion. I would say the only way to keep it was the tricky part. I had to read online to figure out that the lip of the pump turns into a cock ring to help hold. The thing that was true to its word was the stamina effect, which I found could be achieved with this product and a better cock ring. This product is quiet and waterproof as long as you don't get water in the bulb. It may lose suction after a while too if you continue to get wet.

The best way to keep this item clean is to wash it with regular soap and water. Keep it from getting in the actual pumping mechanism. As for storing it, the box it comes in isn't awful looking but if you are going for discretion a good size shoebox or Eden bag will do.

This toy came in an unmarked box from Eden like always. Inside was a plastic container which the Stamina Pump was in. I pulled the top open and there the 2 pieces: the pump and the lip. I applied the lip, which was pretty self explanatory. There were no instructions in it but a diagram on the side of the toy's plastic box. You could possibly use the box as a gift box to someone as a joke, but I just threw it away because it was so big and didn't want to have to keep it hidden.

I enjoyed this Stamina Pump and would recommend this toy to any guy with stamina issues. It does hold up to what it is titled. Lately my wife and I have had issues in the stamina area for me.
