Fantasy Body Finger Paint is great for foreplay. The paint is cool to the touch, adding to the sensations experienced when applying them. Four flavors are included, each contained in a plastic screw-top container labeled with the flavor and amount (5 ounces). The use of a blindfold could be added to the mix, be it the "canvas" or the artist wearing it! Explore your partner's body with these paints. Every inch of skin is yours to work with. Let your imagination run wild as you and your partner take turns being Michelangelo, Rembrandt, Picasso, or Warhol. These paints can be used by any consenting couple that wants to try something new and unique.

Allergy concerns were on our minds as we used this product, as my partner is known to react to some skin products. She experienced raised red bumps as a reaction to products like Sweeten'd Blow in the past. However, she did not react to this body paint. Ingredients are: deionized water, glycerine, sorbitol glyceryl, stearate stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, soy bean oil, methylparaben, triethanolamine, artificial flavors, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6, and FD&C #1. As with any product not specifically designed for vaginal use, users should probably not apply the paint internally or on anything that may enter the vagina.

The finger paints are cool to the touch, which can cause additional excitement as it is being applied to the body. It is thick, so there is no need to worry about dripping the paints as you transfer them from canister to canvas. The paint is hesitant to spread at first, but after a few strokes (perhaps as it warms up on the skin) it spreads easier. Both during and after play, the paints do not become sticky; they remain slightly slippery to the touch. This added to the pleasure as our canvases merged during intercourse!

This product did not have a strong odor or taste. The scent is reminiscent of Play-Doh. However, you can really only smell it if you have your nose right next to the paint. The packaging states that the product is "4 erotic colors and tastes" and "so good you can taste it." Since the main ingredients are deionized water and glycerin, with artificial flavors further down the list...I felt comfortable getting a taste or two. The flavors are faint but worth a try. I recommend not getting a sizable quantity in your mouth, however. The texture and off-flavor is similar to ChapStick.

This product should be washed off skin after use. Be forewarned that it will temporarily stain your skin, even after only five or ten minutes of use. The cherry and strawberry flavors only leave a slightly red area, similar to a burn or abrasion. The darker-colored flavors, blueberry and apple, leave darker stains on the skin that are more noticeable. Keep this in mind if you have work or other public activities the next day. Unless you don't mind explaining your previous night's activities (or are good at fibbing), use on areas that will be covered by clothing. Other than skin, the paints clean up very well. We laid out old, white towels for use during our "art show". We also tested out a dab of paint on discreet areas of porcelain and wall paint (a door frame). The results were terrific for the product's clean-up ability! After a wash cycle, all of the paint came off the white towels. A wet rag is all that was needed to wipe the paint off of porcelain and the door frame. This is good news, in the event that a finger or other painted body part comes in contact with items in your home.

In regards to skin reaction concerns, we did not experience any issues. My wife is usually very sensitive to products applied to the skin, but was not affected this time.

As with some sex toys and products, the Fantasy Body Finger Paint featured scantily-clad models posing. One side had two nude women with "simulated" painted words written on them and hands strategically-placed. The other side featured a man and woman, mostly clothed, with "simulated" paint on them. The packaging was an easy-to-open clear plastic clamshell. No instructions, precautions, or tips were included in the packaging; simply the four paints, two free samples of Liquid Love Massage Lotion, and the paper insert featuring product name, ingredients, posing models, advertising, and bar code. The product advertising simply stated that you can, "Turn your lovemaking into an artistic expression. Let your fingers trace the contours of your lover's body with four erotic colors and flavors." The user is left to determine clean-up, ingredient precautions, or other concerns. Despite the fact that the paints come in sealed containers (and are viscous enough to stay in container if held upside-down), the apple flavor paint had leaked or had been filled sloppily. There was green paint around the threads of the paint container and some on the packaging's paper insert.

As previously mentioned, this product does come with two samples of Liquid Love Massage Lotion. They are one-time-use samples packages that cannot be re-sealed. You will need to either use them on one occasion or transfer the leftovers to another container. The lotions are approximately four or five ounces each. As for the paints, they do not have any special properties such as warming sensation or tingling.

We enjoyed using the paints. At room temperature they feel cool and will not drip. If any paint gets on sheets or towels, the paint is easily cleaned off in a wash cycle. After painting each other, we transitioned to intercourse, allowing our paints to mix while we enjoyed the moment.
