Such a Chain!
This item will not fit most nipple types. The noose is simply not tight enough to stay on the body.Published: February 28, 2011

I got this nipple chain to add to my collection of sex accessories. Nipples need jewelry too! I was hoping to get the beauty of a nipple clamp without the pain of being pinched. This seemed like the perfect compromise.
The product comes in the package shown. It comes in 3 colors - I chose black. There are approximately 5 inches of chain with 2 inches of string leading to a noose on each end. I made sure my nipples were erect and then tightened the noose around one nipple. As I went to attach the other side, the first fell off. I tried again. It did the same thing. I pulled my nipple and part of the skin from the areola away from my body, then managed to get the loop around the pulled skin and began tightening the noose. I thought we were all good to go as I did the same to the other side. I walked out to the living room to show my man, and he got to see the chain in its glory for all of 2 seconds before it fell off.
My man and I are not quitters, so I added his hands to the mix to try and get this chain to stay on! This was far from a painless process. We got them on and made our way to the bedroom. Nipples still erect, chain still on, I laid on the bed and wouldn't you guess, the chain came off again. Are you feeling my frustration yet?
If you have inch long nipples, this chain should work for you. For those of us with a smaller, rounder nipples, this chain is useless. I may have to bite the bullet and get something with an actual clamp to satisfy my nipple jewelry desire. Hopefully, I'll have better luck next time.

I wanted to love this product. Sometimes I'm not always in the mood to be pinched but still want a sexy accessory. I have tried and tried to make this product work for me, but it continued to fall off. I can't recommend this to anyone in the event you find the same problem I did.

Good review, but after reading it I have a few questions. What about the noose prevents it from staying on? Is it that the size of the noose or the mechanism that holds the noose tight that seems to be the problem? Why would longer nipples make this stay on better?

I believe the fact the noose is just silk string, no matter how tight you get it, it slides off of delicate skin. If you take your pinky, think of tying a silk string to the very tip, then move back and forth. You can imagine, it probably wouldn't stay on for very long. But if you put it an inch in, it has more wiggle room.
I personally have nipples that are wide at the bottom, round and small at the tip. The noose would only stay on if I was on my back.
