I actually put off buying this product for several years because I felt it was a bit pricey. However, I am a huge fan of Kama Sutra’s line of product and have not been disappointed yet. Their Oil of Love is one of their highest quality products in my opinion, and this was a great way to try out several of their (at the time) newer flavors.

Like most Kama Sutra products the Oils Gift Set comes in a lovely and colorful box. It is just as attractive when you open it, as you are greeted by a multi-hued array of quality glass bottles of Oil of Love! This is a “sampler” product that would truly make a great gift, as the portion sizes are ample enough to last for some time and the package contains attractive and reusable real glass bottles.

The Oils of Love are all “heating” oils, meaning that they heat up when rubbed into the skin, licked, or blowed on. I think the Kama Sutra line is of exceptional quality. The flavors and scents are exotic and subtle, without any synthetic taste or aftertaste. The oil is thick, but not over-sticky, and cleans up easily. Finally, they truly provide a diffused “warming” sensation, as opposed to some less expensive “heating” lubes that can often cause a burning sensation.

The Oils of Love are great enhancers to oral sex, increasing lubrication and sensation, as well as providing a pleasant flavor. I wouldn’t use them for lubricants with sex toys, however. These are, however, one of the few flavored lubes I don’t mind having rubbed in as an all-over body massage oil, since it absorbs well and doesn’t leave me feeling like a sticky mess.

The kit contains 5 flavors of the oils: The Original, Chocolate Mint, Raspberry Kiss, Cherry Almond and Vanilla Crème. All, in my opinion, are quite enjoyable, though my favorite still remains The Original, with its exotic flavor of cinnamon and eastern spices. My husband is partial to the Raspberry Kiss, and really enjoys using it all over my body. The other flavors/scents are definitely enjoyable, however, and have certainly not gone to waste in our house!
