The Lil' Pony is a positional aid that greatly differs from Liberator's Wedge. If you're looking for a pillow that will help in a select few positions, mainly doggy style, this is something that will, for the right couple, be a great bedroom helper.
Pros:
Can use with or without a partner.
Cons:
Sharp triangular point.
Experience
The Lil' Pony is a pillow that will not bend or smoosh under your weight, the foam holds its shape. Unfortunately, the design is flawed and was uncomfortable for my partner when we used it as intended.

It doesn't look like a sharp edge on the pillow - so thanks for describing that so thoroughly! Glad you found ways to use it nonetheless.
Thanks Pink. It didn't look so sharp in the pictures, however, once you're bent over it and it's pressing into your abdomen the pain freely flows. I'm not as sensitive as my wife and to test her mettle (make sure she wasn't trying out an excuse other than "I have a headache" to get out of sex) and even to me it was uncomfortable.
Loved the diagrams. Heaps easier to tell what you meant about the positions than words could ever describe.
