I think this product would be best used for a guy that has problems "going the distance". It is a numbing cream and that's exactly what it does. It's best to use this product as the directions describe, which is to apply a tiny bit to the tip and shaft of the penis right before intercourse. Because of its numbing qualities, I could also see this being applied before fellatio if your partner has a strong gag reflex. It could also be used for anal play as well.

The texture when first applied is almost like a thick-gritty cream, but once rubbed in the grittiness disappears almost immediately. It comes in a 1.5 oz tube which has a very small opening at the top. I think this was purposely done to keep the consumer from applying too much (which is a good thing). The cream itself left no greasy residue once applied, but it did take a minute or two to absorb into the skin.

This is something my wife and I agreed on....this product tastes and smells horrid. The so called "cherry" flavoring was merely a mask to hide the medicated smell of the product, but it failed miserably. If I could put into words the scent I would describe it as the cheapest made cherry scented candle you could find but made with Bengay. It definitely did not enhance the mood.

As far as taste, there was a bit of sweetness to it, but the smell and the numbing property made it hard to enjoy what little flavor it had.

Performance wise, we both really enjoyed the cream. Let me make that more clear....we both enjoyed the cream when it came to the sex.

I'll start with the bad. As far as fellatio, my wife hated when I applied the cream. Between the medicinal odor of it and the numbing (she described her mouth and tongue feeling numb like she just walked out of the dentist's office) it made for an un-njoyable experience.

After we rinsed off (which was very easy to do with just a bit of soap and water) and waited till sex to try it out, it was a whole different ballgame. I found the cream to be numbing, but not overly-numbing. I loved that aspect because I could still feel everything going on, but just a tiny bit muted which meant I could go longer and stay harder. This was a lot of fun and made for a very enjoyable and prolonged sexual experience.

If you can get past the odor of the product, it will do its job and do it well. Just remember to rinse off after you are done using; as I forgot to and woke up a half hour later more numb down there than I ever want to be :)

The 1.5 oz tube is foil sealed as well as plastic wrapped. It also came in a plastic blister pack with a cheesy picture of a shirtless guy in flashy red pants. The tube itself is definitely discreet and small enough to travel anywhere you need it.

The Benzocaine (which is the major numbing ingredient) definitely did its job a little bit too well when it came to oral.
