I'm On Fire
The Lemongrass Anal Relaxing Spray is an all organic approach to anal relaxation and depending upon the user, may or may not work.Published: June 1, 2009
Pros:
Contains all natural ingredients.
Cons:
Strong smell, some users may be allergic to clove oil.
The Lemongrass Anal Relaxing Spray by Intimate Organics promises a purely vegan approach to anal relaxation.
Made out of all certified organic extracts, this anal spray relaxes the anal sphincter without any anesthetic effects unlike others on the market that contain either Benzocaine or Lidocaine that numb the sphincter.
This unique formula contains a certified organic blend that contains clove, goji berry, cellular regenerating aloe, and lemongrass. Unfortunately, due to the clove oil, some users may experience burning, uncomfortable tingling, an immediate feeling of heat where it is directly applied, or even a rash. Laboratory research has also noted that clove oil may cause an increased bleeding risk so if you have a bleeding disorder please exercise caution.
To use, spray onto anal area and wait 3 to 10 minutes. This is a general time frame that may not work for everyone. Please do not spray on other orifices and avoid contact with the eyes. Thankfully this spray is compatible with latex condoms so please follow a safe sex approach.
The spray has a very oily, greasy texture that is thick and rich. A little goes a long way and it has a tendency to not dry. It also has an overwhelming smell of cloves and lemongrass that is very similiar to that of a clove cigarette. It's extremely pungent which some users may enjoy and others may not.
Instead of using a numbing agent, Intimate Organic relies on clove oil which is often used as an at-home remedy for toothache or muscle pain and has proven itself as an all natural anesthetic.
Due to how personal a product this is, it is incredibly difficult for me to remain unbiased or to give an objective review. I apologize for adding my own personal experience into the initial review body but I find it an incredibly important aspect of my reviewing this product.
It did not work. I did not notice any relaxation of my sphincter even well past 30 minutes of its initial application. After repeated sprays and repeated tests, it seems I did not experience what the product promised to do. What I did experience was burning and an uncomfortable itch where it was applied, which I soon realized was a mild allergic reaction. Not all users will experience an allergic reaction so please do not be immediately alarmed; I just feel it prudent to add my experience, because for me, it resulted in an ineffective product
This spray is paraben free, DEA free, and purely vegan. It has a shelf life of 18 months and should be stored by itself as the oil has a tendency to get everywhere.

Thank you for viewing Intimate Organics daring anal spray review page!

If it isn't good as an anal spray atleast it would be good as a spray one can keep in their purse to shoot at someone who is harrasing them right inb the eyes (is that legal?).
Lol - I can see it - "But officer, I didn't MACE him..."
Good review!
Oh gross. Allergic reaction... no good.
Damn...I really look forward to reading a review that is a good anal spray! I'm wanting one!
NIce review...I would probably be one of those with the allergice reaction...
but I agree with NS, carrying it in the pocketbook as "mace" sounds good to me!! LOL
If you ever try this out with another person, let us know. Something like this might be good to try on an arm or something to prevent something like an allergic reaction in the anus. I'm sorry that had to happen!
It depends on your state laws Naughty, I can't imagine this would cause any longterm effects but if it prevents you from being robbed or harmed than by all means use it. Just be advised there are some criminals out there that would sue you if it causes longeterm damage.
Thanks Sammi.
Epi, it definitely wasn't a pleasant experience.
Lauren, if I find one I'll let you know.
Adriana, my wife tried it and while she didn't experience a rash, she did experience burning. Clove oil is not a friend to some people.
Probably just an allergic reaction...........I have heard good things about it and will give it a try on my guy!
Nice review!
THANKS FOR THE REVIEW
