Proloonging spray by Doc Johnson - review by jcprice02

My wife and I tried the Prolonging Spray in an effort to extended our love-making sessions. We were surprised at how small the can is. At first, we were concerned we would only get a few sessions out of it. However, it only requires a small amount to work, and it ended up being enough to last us a few weeks. Due to the compact size, the can is perfect for traveling. The can is roughly the size of a can of spray breath freshener.

The spray did work well, and I was able to last much longer than I normally can. It isn't without its faults though.

For starters, it burns quite a bit when you spray it (especially after a recent shave.) It doesn't burn long, but it is intense. It feels like after-shave. Secondly, my wife said it tasted awful. I was hoping it would work for longer BJs, but the metallic taste completely ruined the experience. It also takes a while to "kick in." The directions recommend you wait 10 minutes to have sex after you spray it. I found you probably need to wait 15 minutes or more for the full effect.

Once you're in the groove, though, it works pretty well. I was able to last twice as long - if not more. It does desensitize a lot, so sex isn't as intense, but being able to last longer is still a blessing. Overall, we liked it and have continued to use it.

We did not try it in any situation involving water. I would think that it would not make a difference since the spray desensitized your penis. It is also a good idea to make sure it has completely dried before having sex. Otherwise, you run the risk desensitizing your partner too!
