It's water based, so yes you can. You'll actually want to use prolonging sprays with condoms because otherwise there's a very good chance that you'll end up transferring the numbing properties to your partner.

It says that it is a water based spray so that means it is okay to use with condoms. I prefer to use condoms with anything that has numbing products in them to prevent them from transfering to me.

Well yes as anything you do for long periods of time you can build up a great amount of stamina. Just doing review and joining eden my hubby stamina has went up.
