Ruffle bootyshort set - bra and panty set discontinued by Baci - review by Red Riding Hood

I really felt I was needing some lingerie in my wardrobe before requesting this as a review. I was trying to keep an open mind and try new things. This seemed right up my alley with the colors and design. I love ruffle shorts and this seemed simple and easy to wear. As cute as it is, there was nothing easy about wearing it for me. I suppose we'll begin with details.

The materials are a sheer-like nylon, but still pretty sturdy. None of it feels like it would tear easily and of course you won't be wearing this to run marathons, so it should last as long as you want it to if you take proper care of it. The material is pretty stretchy and doesn't sacrifice a lot of the style when it's stretched. This product does come in a One Size Fits All design, so do keep that in mind. It was snug on me and I'm quite a bit on the chubby side. I would think average women would be ideal, but this could work on a BIT of a fuller body. The top, however, was NOT doable aside from removing it very fast. I'm a 36G trying to cover myself with this top. YEAH RIGHT! It covers just enough, but if you move it shifts and shows all anyway. It was something that didn't stay on long. Most women shouldn't have issues though.

As cute as the design is, it is not made to really be worn under something as underwear. I know some lingerie is able to be worn under normal clothes, so as you remove what seems normal, there's a nice surprise underneath. As great as that would be, this product is just too dainty for such a cause. You would get no support out of the bra and the panty ruffles are too bulky. The crotch of the panties is also VERY skinny and it was a bit uncomfortable for me. Not enough that I would disregard wearing this again, but enough that I won't want to wear the panties too awfully long.

Overall this is an adorable lingerie set that is a bit sassy and innocent and hides just enough of your body to leave something to the imagination. It's cute enough that he may not even want you to remove it, but covers enough that you can make him beg for you to take it off. It is one-size and that could make it difficult for bigger girls to fit. The quality is great and the materials are excellent. This isn't a cheaply-made set and is worth every penny. It's cute, affordable and changes things up a bit. I'm super glad to have this added to my lingerie arsenal!

This is a cute little piece of lingerie. No, I wouldn't wear it as regular underwear, but I think that's obvious. It's cute, put together well and makes me feel flirty. For the price, it's good. I wish it fit me better, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
