Tulip wand - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Shaki Toys - review by Wildchild

Anticipation had been building; we were waiting for our “Tulip Wand” to arrive in the mail. We were like two kids at Christmas when the UPS man brought us the package. We ripped open the box and ran upstairs, the “Tulip Wand” had arrived and we wanted to play.


There are so many features and qualities that we loved right from the start. The fact that the Tulip Wand can be used for stimulation on every part of the body is fabulous. In addition to stimulation, it can be used for both vaginal insertion to hit the g-spot and anal play. The tulip head of the vibrator adds to the stimulation of the g-spot. In addition the curved shaft was designed for reaching the g-spot, The various pulsating modes intensifies this stimulation. In my opinion, this adds in sending yourself or partner off in to pure ecstasy and bliss.


When we were looking into buying the "Tulip Wand", we read the "Edan Fantasys" reviews. It was mentioned that the tip would not be best suited for thrusting, and possibly irritate the g-spot and cervix with pinpoint vibrations.. My wife has a difference in opinion. She exclaimed, "there was no irritation from the pinpoint vibrations or thrusting, both intensified my climax." This wand is suited for beginners and advanced users. This would make a decent, good priced g-spot vibrator.


This Tulip Wand is a multi-speed, multi-function vibrator. The vibrations and pulsations range from light and tingly, to strong and intense. It's energy is focused at the tip, but can be felt thru out the shaft to the base. There are four levels of vibrations and three levels of pulsation. The control pad is located by the base of the vibrator, above the battery compartment. Speaking of the batteries, the “Tulip Wand” takes two AAA batteries. The cap to install the batteries unscrews from the base of the vibrator. The control pad is push button and lights up. The control actually blinks when you're in a pulsation mode. The bottom button turns the power on and off. To increase the levels of vibration you click the top button. Once you pass thru the four levels of vibration you go right into pulsating mode which has three modes.


In addition the "Tulip Wand" is light weight, easy to maneuver and fits in the palm in your hand. The overall length is eight and half inches. In our experience the wand can be comfortable inserted up to six inches. The tulip head is a little bigger than one inch, narrows under the tip to less than one inch and increases to one and half inches at the base. The touch pad can be operated with the touch of a finger, even when slick with lube.


Traveling with the Tulip Wand would not be an issue. It is a little noisy, but not loud enough to be heard thru a closed door. Did I mention how this splendid toy is waterproof? It is, we had ours in the shower already. There is no difference in performance whether in water or in the bedroom.


The “Tulip Wand” is constructed of hard ABS plastic. This plastic made the vibrator seamless, so there are no worries about scratching any sensitive or delicate parts. Another positive result of using this plastic, gives this vibrator a non-porous, firm yet smooth texture. Add a little dab of a lubricant and this wand becomes velvety smooth. Speaking of lubes, it's compatible with oil, water and silicone. Clean ups are a breeze, a mild soap and warm water will do the job. An isopropyl alcohol product may be used to clean this product as well. The one place to pay attention to is, under the tulip head where it connects to the base. This is the one place in my opinion that would attract junk. Make sure that the cap for the battery department is secured tightly when washing. You do not want any water damaging the inner components.

I have ordered another Tulip wand. Ours had a switch malfuction or
we burnt the motor up. We have no bad comments on this wonderful
wand. This is one of the best toys that we have ever owned.
