This mini flex massager is pretty good for the price you are paying. Its very simple and easy to use, and the massager works terrific. It is a little noisy for a mini massager but the power it busts out makes up for it. You just simply run it over your clit and it feels great. You can use the attachment pieces the toy comes with to mix it up. You can also use to on your nipples and the vibrations feels really good. The top has little medal balls and can be used without the add on tops, i like it better that way.
The California Exotic mini massager is made out of plastic so it can break easy, like any other toy, if not taken care of. Like a pocket rocket they are very small and can be hidden and put out of site easily. If you wanna carry it around with you in a bag or something no one would be able to tell. Its easy to clean and maintain because it is so small. It is considered a kit so it comes with attachments. Its easy to lose the add on tops so keep those together. They add a little more fun and variety to the toy. Its easy to turn on just twist the top and it turns on but be careful when turning it off because the top tends to come off. The massager only takes one AA battery.

What to pick

There are so many mini vibes and most of them look and sound the same. It there a lot of difference or does it come down to materials?

I'm not really sure but I tend to go for the pocket rockets that have metal tips and are a little more expensive than the super cheap ones. I got a cheap plastic one, see through plastic, and after the first few uses the plastic cracked all over. I think it's better to invest in something a little higher quality.

If it's a great toy then why only 3 stars? What warranted the loss of 2 stars?
I had the same problem with turning it off- the bottom almost falls off (but, not a tremendous con with how fun this toy can be). I agree that it's better without the add-ons too!
