The Lila is, without a doubt, one of the more powerful vibrators I've ever experienced. I chose this one based on a few articles that I read; Dr. Laura had suggested it for better sex. Holy cow, whoever it was, was right! This vibe was definitely too powerful for my nipples; for me, it's clitoris only. It does have a nice long string attaching the bullet to the controller, however, and I can definitely see some internal uses for this powerful toy.

Use alone or with a partner; I've yet to try it while actively engaging in sexual intercourse, but just after the fact it brought me to orgasm in under a minute. That's nearly unheard of for me, and it was DEFINITELY a good orgasm.

The Lila is plastic, but it has a soft feeling to it; it's a very smooth, sleek toy, which definitely adds to the stimulation. I don't think this would be the best toy for beginners, however; as I said, this is a VERY powerful little bullet, and if it's your first experience with a vibrator, it might turn you off of the whole idea.

One of the reasons I chose this toy was because Dr. Laura raved about the design for this toy. It's definitely an easy toy to use; the controller is ergonomically shaped and the bullet is, well, bullet-shaped. It's easy to press against the clitoris and also to run along the body. However, like many bullet toys, there isn't a "handle" or any portion of the bullet that ISN'T vibrating. It's very easy for your hand to go numb; again, this might "turn off" beginners, but the shape of the bullet is also very convenient for positioning it between your labia or pressing it between your partner and your clitoris and going hands-free!

The vibrations are ALL through the bullet; there's no escaping it. They are SUPER POWERFUL also--I'm not entirely certain if I got the high or low setting (one of the settings seems to be a pulsation, but based on the description, that might be just mine), but the setting it was on was extremely powerful and made my hand numb--but I came too quickly to care!

The control is a single button on top of the controller that you push to vary the settings; very easy and user-friendly, even in the heat of the moment.

The toy is fairly noisy; this isn't one that I'd use with the door open and the roommates home. I didn't try this in water, because it seems that my unit had a small defect (the battery door doesn't snap shut completely) but this toy IS waterproof normally.

Since the Lila is plastic, it's very easy to care for--soap and water will do just fine, especially since both the bullet AND the controller are waterproof. I store it with the rest of my favorite toys--in a small plastic basket by the bed! It's not porous or sticky enough to collect all the dust and nastiness that other toys are known for, so you don't need a special place to put it.
