Point and flex were the two words that immediately came to mind after using Dr. Z Bendable Buddy, which, I might add, provided quite an orgasm. More often than not, I am impartial to the color of the toy and so the lavender color did nothing additional for me. However, it is undoubtedly the highly-sensual Futurotic material that immediately compelled me to give it five stars, after both first and subsequent use. The material covering the shaft is, of course, stretchy, due to the bendable feature. Yet it is the attention to detail that enhances performance as well as results. Lining the tip of the curved shaft are raised ticklers shaped like mini tongues that are spaced in a Mohawk-like formation. Moreover, the shaft is covered with raised hearts so that when the toy is bent and on a medium to high setting, they provide a sensation mirroring the real thing; again, most assuredly due to the Futurotic material. You might be thinking that this sounds too perfect, and you are right. I have one small gripe about the toy, which, coincidentally, is the very feature that makes the toy amazingly orgasmic; the Futurotic material! Indeed, while it “completes” the toy, it has a funny smell to it that I noticed upon first touch. While not one for odors when ensconced in the pleasurable, I quickly overlooked the smell, focusing on how best to point and flex.

As such, I remind those that may be devoting weighty consideration to purchasing a toy to consider their need/want for clitoral love. I tend to gravitate towards having clitoral stimulation (or at least the option), but as noted, the Bendable Buddy is a g-spot vibrator. Fret not, the bendable feature allows for clitoral stimulation, provided that your angle and position are aligned. In addition, the bendable feature provides for a greater array of positions/angles, thereby upping its orgasmic appeal; greater angling of the hips translates into heightened clitoral and g-spot stimulation.

All features considered, the toy definitely has a very unique look and design. It is precisely its ability to bend in numerous ways coupled with innovations of design, such as shape, texture, and elasticity of the Futurotic material, that makes this toy a worthy (and wise) investment. One aspect of deign that is worth noting is noise. The toy was surprising louder than I anticipated, but not to the point of distraction. As I changed speeds using the turn dial at its base, the noise level corresponded to intensity of vibration. The range of speeds offered is also a plus. Prior to insertion, I might recommend sampling speeds using different parts of the toy with attention given to the clitoral area via the ticklers lining the shaft’s tip. I do wonder if the toy had more enhanced features, like the ability to undulate, whether more intense orgasms might be achieved and the noise level would remain consistent. I remain sold on the toy as is; slight smell included. What’s more, it will not disappoint those that opt to capitalize on its waterproof feature that truly makes it a discreet, portable, all terrain toy for those who are adventurous and/or on the go.
