Flexor elephant review by Saurou
Rabbit vibrator by California Exotic
I just moved away from my beau to a new city, and since my new roommate was going to be out of town on Valentine’s Day I was looking forward with a certain amount of apprehension to an evening spent in a romantic tryst with Ben, Jerry, and the ladies of The L Word. Lucky for me, I received a special delivery from Eden Fantasys just in time: the Flexor Elephant. I slipped into my favorite PJs and pulled out my stock of triple-A batteries and Trojans and settled in for the evening with my new date.
The first thing I noticed when I took the Elephant out of its packaging was that it didn’t have that strong chemical smell like a lot of other jelly-rubber sex toys. I squeezed the shaft, and it seemed to have just the right amount of give – I like a little bit of resistance when I’m clamping down on a sex toy, you know? And the clit-stimulator on this dual-action vibe, an adorable little elephant who nuzzles his trunk right against your clit, looked like it would be just the right length. I played with the controls for a while to get the hang of it. I was really impressed by the number of different patterns of vibration the Elephant offers. Pulsing vibrations mimic the contractions of a woman’s muscles as she nears orgasm, and personally I find that changing the pattern of pulsation right as I’m about to come makes my orgasm much more intense; so I like to have lots of options! The controls on the Elephant are a little hard to push, but the on-off switch is separate from the pulsation control; which is really convenient.
I used a condom with the toy to keep it clean (which is especially important with jelly-rubber adult toys), but even with the condom I could feel the fabulous raised bumps along the shaft as I slid the toy into place. The shaft is extremely flexible, and I loved being able to bend it at just the right angle to hit my G-spot. This toy’s quiet motor is located right at the head of the shaft, so I could feel the vibration more than with most sex toys. There’s no rotating action on this particular dual-action vibe, though, and because the clit-stimulator doesn’t have its own motor, the vibrations coming through it weren’t very strong.
After spending some quality time in bed with the Elephant, I took it into the shower to clean off – and to test if it was really waterproof. Don’t worry, it was. Overall, I think this sex toy is a good option for someone who really enjoys G-spot vibration, likes lots of pulsation, and is willing to use the end of the shaft if clitoral stimulation is important. I certainly don’t regret spending Valentine’s Day with it!
