The toy's packaging states that it is to be used for scalp and body massage, but the main purpose I bought and used it for is clitoral stimulation. It could also be used to stimulate the nipples or other erogenous areas. The package emphasizes that the massager is waterproof. I have not used it in the tub or shower, but I have run it under the tap and the rubber ring around the battery compartment effectively kept out the water. I would not recommend using the mini flex massager for insertion. Vaginal insertion is possible with care, but there are better toys for that out there. It is not safe for anal insertion as it lacks a flared base. The massager can be used alone or with a partner.

The vibrator is made out of hard, smooth plastic. I could not detect any smell or taste.

The massager includes three changeable heads. Two of the heads have studded surfaces, and one is smooth and rounded. All three heads fit snugly to the toy, and there is no need to worry about them coming off. Without the head, the top of the vibrator has three smooth metal beads which transmit the vibrations.

I would only recommend using the smooth head or the massager without any of the heads for clitoral stimulation. As they are made of hard plastic, the studded heads are a lot rougher and I would imagine them to be painful. I'm only a beginner with toys, though, so others might find them more enjoyable.

The mini flex massager only comes in white and is about 4 inches long. The small size makes the toy easy to store. I keep mine in a small bag in a desk drawer. The size would also make the massager good for travel.

The size definitely makes the toy better for external stimulation. The lack of length and girth doesn't make it very good for vaginal insertion.

The design is pretty non-threatening, as it is only plain white. I usually keep mine hidden in my desk, but I've left it out before and it wasn't particularly noticeable. It could easily be passed off (and used as!) a non-sexual personal massager.

Both beginners and advanced users alike could enjoy this product. I am a beginner, and I thought it was a good introduction to vibrating toys. It has definitely helped me to explore my body and my likes/dislikes. Advanced users could also enjoy this toy if they have a particular spot where they know they want pointed stimulation.

To operate the massager, one twists the bottom portion to the right into the "on" position. The toy uses one AA battery which can be inserted by twisting the bottom portion to the left into the "open," which causes the bottom portion to pop out and reveal the battery compartment. One problem with this design is that I have accidentally opened the battery compartment when I only meant to turn off the vibrator. This really isn't much of a big deal to me, though, and it is easy to twist it right back in.

When the toy is on, you can feel the vibrations throughout the whole thing, but they are definitely more focused in the tip.

As far as noise goes, I would say the toy is fairly discreet. You could hear it if you are in the same room with it, but it cannot be heard through a closed door (I checked).

One of the main features of the toy is that it is waterproof, but as I stated before, I have not used it in the tub or shower. I have run it under water and it was not damaged.

The battery life is pretty long. I am still on my first battery and have used this toy quite a bit (about 3-5 times per week for two and a half weeks now).

Care for this toy is relatively simple. It can be washed with gentle soap and warm water, which is what I have done. You could also use a toy cleaner on it. As the toy is plastic, it could be used with any type of lubricant. I store my toy in a small zippered bag in my desk.

The packaging for the toy consists of clear plastic with a slip of paper inside. There is an image of a woman in a bikini on the front and back. Words like "Waterproof" and "Personal travel massager" are quite prominent. If you are trying to be discreet, I would not recommended opening your delivery in front of anyone as it will be rather obvious what you ordered. I do not use the original packing for storage as I would find it to be impractical.

I am definitely happy with this toy. It was a good first adventure into the world of sex toys. I would be interested in trying less basic toys in the future, though.

This toy has certainly served me well. It has brought me to orgasm several times. I do find myself wishing it had varying vibration speeds, but this is not such a huge problem. Again, it was a great beginner's toy.
