The Vivid dream is a is made of soft jelly. This uniquely shaped vibe is 6"(insert-able) in length and has a varying diameter of 1.625. The Vivid Dreams come in various colors(ours was purple), and the base has a thumb dial for easy control of your vibrations. The three contours are unique and well designed in a way to stimulate externally (when nestled in between the labia,) the Mrs described it as "a feel and texture unlike anything she ever experienced." It's quite odd looking, a new shape to be sure. Insertion is smooth at the tip, but some petite users may need to use some extra lubricant and ease into the larger second level(circumference 5"). Level 3 is smaller and wasn't an issue for this tester.

The thumb dial is well positioned and is not too sensitive in it's adjustments. It is also not easily bumped or disturbed. You could turn the Vivid dream as to not have the dial in the way or disturbed. 1-hand controlled is advertised (thumb on the dial) and is possible .

(Vibrator)" I think it's great that they consult women for toys made for women, the fact that they are porn stars...well maybe that's not as important. This is however a unique design that was enjoyable both externally and internally.

The material is jelly, and while it is a great combination of firm and pliable, it cannot be shared or used anally. You could use a condom with it so sharing would be ok. Water and silicone based lubes work well and are safe to use. You cannot boil this material for cleaning.

Its unique shape is what makes this different, it begins like a traditional vibrator then it has a collar like ridge not far from the insertable tip. Then there's a third ridge that is more subtle, that tapers off. The ridges do a great job of stimulating in both external and internal play.
I would caution against fully submerging this product the O-ring is snug and in a good position to keep it waterproof, we did find some water in there(maybe from the dial) after cleaning it. It's not a major issue in our situation.

As far as being discreet, this toy will not be mistaken for much other than a vibrator, so keep it stowed away from the kids.

The controls are well positioned and firm so they are not easily bumped and disrupted at the wrong time. It's a dial control that has hash marks on it. It clicks when it turns on and spins 270 degrees to its highest setting. The vibrations are very strong and most will find it sufficient. The bullet is found in the tip and that helps get the vibrations to the spots where there needed. Noise need not be a concern, Brianna's dream is very quiet even on its highest setting. It is powered by 2 AA batteries and is surprisingly strong for that size battery. After at least a dozen sessions we have not had to replace the first set of batteries, so judge for yourself if that's good battery life. We thought it was.

Soap and water without submerging the Vivid dream would do great job in cleaning this toy. A toy cleaner is sold with it on this site, it also does a good job if you want to save a trip to the bathroom.

The Vivid dream comes in a standard plastic box. It is not a storage box, it does however display the lovely Brianna. It provides next to no instructions, care and maintenance or whether it's waterproof. Trial and error I suppose will have to do.
