Fluttering fantasy waltz - clitoral stimulator by Cal Exotics - review by Alaska Child

I was looking forward to using this; the description made it sound fantastic! I have been looking for a nice clitoral toy, but was sadly disappointed in this one. What this stimulator promised was delight, but what I got was nothing. Literally nothing. I could not feel this at all. I am not saying that it didn't vibrate, I am saying that I couldn't feel it. My hand could feel it, and I could feel the vibrations if I used it on the outside of my clothes, but as soon as I touched it to my clitoris, or anywhere else for that matter it almost seemed as if it stopped vibrating and had turned off. I know that it was still on because my hand could feel the vibrations, however my clitoris could not. I tried all three speed settings and I tried using both a light touch and pressure. Nothing worked, no matter how hard I tried I could not make it work (and it's not just me, my husband couldn't feel it when I used it on him either).

This seemed to be a very well made toy with 3 speed settings and supposedly water-proof, though I didn't trust the seal enough to test it. There is one plastic (not rubber, but hard plastic) seal between the battery compartment and the main body of the toy that is supposed to keep the water out. It is made from plastic and TPR so it's really easy to clean, just some mild soap and water or some toy cleaner. You can also use water or silicone based lubricants, just be sure to not use oil-based ones. I would also be sure to take the batteries out between uses as the on button is very touchy and is very easily pressed. It is very loud for a toy this size; I could definitely hear it from under the covers.

I loved the shape of this toy, how it felt in my hand and the way the shape fits down there, I just wish I could feel it. The packaging it came in was decent. It comes packaged in one of those clear plastic boxes with the name, info and graphics printed on it; certainly not discreet, but not vulgar either.

This comes with no directions! I was unsure of where the batteries went. I figured that you twisted off the bottom, however it did not want to twist off and I was afraid to force it. I eventually got it off and had to look hard to see how the batteries go in. If you look hard enough you will eventually see the + and - signs, however they are very small and not printed so they are very hard to see. You'll definitely need a good light on and good eye-sight to see them.
