Rabbit vibrator by Doc Johnson

useful reviewAfter spotting this little baby on the website, I immediately wanted to review it. It is the all-singing, all-dancing vibrator. I thought this may be the one that would consign all the others to the back of the cupboard. With 10 speeds and 5 different functions, I could barely wait to open the package, and given the fact this vibrator also comes with batteries – I believed it would be a match made in heaven.
Made of rubber, this vibe is suitable for use with both water based and silicone based lubricants. However, as the toy is made from rubber, it does make it difficult to clean and keep hygenic, so it's highly recommend to use a condom with it each time you use it. Rubber isn't particularly renowned for causing problems to women in terms of allergies etc, so that's not a problem, but if a woman is allergic to latex, and can't use condoms with the vibe, then it won't last as long, which is a shame. It's a slim vibe with a flat base so can easily be stored in a cupboard, just standing up, or of course you could take a look at the storage options on this site!
The Janine's vibrator has a nice slim shaft (I personally find bigger ones a distraction when I’m trying to focus on achieving an orgasm), and the clitoral stimulation part looks like a tiny tongue, covered in little nodules. It’s also an attractive shade of pink. After having a play around with the settings to see what was what, I tested it out. In terms of power – this vibrator completely blew every other one I’ve looked at out of the water. Although the shaft may look perfect for beginners, the highest setting would have many women running for the hills. It’s incredibly intense, and unfortunately, incredibly loud! Definitely a “home alone” toy, this one!
However, although the setting is very powerful, the construction of the toy meant it was impossible for me to orgasm. After inserting the shaft so it was comfortable – the clitoral stimulation part was half way up my pubic bone, and therefore, nowhere near close enough to where it was needed! Options here are; bending the ‘tongue’ down so it touches the clitoris, or pulling the shaft out almost all of the way so you can get the stimulation – which is surely not the point? You could also use the other hand to manipulate the stimulation nodule, but by the time you’ve done all that messing about, the moment will have likely passed! I patiently tried the toy every way I could, but it just didn’t do anything for me. I found if I pulled the shaft out enough to position the clit stim correctly, it was incredibly distracting and not at all comfortable!
So overall, I was very disappointed with this toy. The settings and power it has are amazing, but the ‘tongue’ part was just far too long for me, and quickly dampened my enthusiasm.
- Epiphora
- I hate when the clit stimulator is wrongly placed!
- Dame Demi
- The clitoral stimulator looks like it would tickle your nostrils, for heaven's sake! Would trimming it, like many people do with the Decadent Indulgence hummingbird beak, be an option?
