Kiss me baby, one more time!

This toy feels great when used vaginally and exceptional when used clitorally. Many people will appreciate the plushness and give in its body and few will be able to deny the power it packs! This would be a good toy for a beginner or anyone who appreciates a smooth ride.

Use

The French Kiss is my new "go-to" toy! It is just so lovely to touch and to look at that I can even get over the not-so-pleasant aroma which wafts into my nostrils. And, let me tell you, when I say it is "lovely to touch," I'm talking about the "let me get my hands on it," lustful grabbing, orgasm inducing sort of touch. It feels incredible when used vaginally, clitorally and - MUCH to my shock - when used for G-Spot stimulation.

When lubed up and set a-buzzing, this thick, blue wonder provides a smooth and slick ride which can be felt deep inside. While I'm sure it would feel equally as wonderful inside the anus as it does in the vagina, caution and care should be taken when used this way since there is no flared base. The French Kiss nestles very comfortably and, surprisingly, naturally against my clitoris and labia. Perhaps it just feels so damn good that I forget I'm holding onto the rest of its 8.25" body! This is by far my favorite and most frequent way to use it. It can also be used comfortably this way during intercourse with the woman on her back and the man in front of her, on his knees.

I did not have any luck finding my G-Spot with this toy, but my partner in crime had no problem at all. I think, perhaps, it is just easier for a partner to provide the right amount of thrusting at the right angle while wielding it. It is a little unwieldy when I use it on myself this way.

Material / Texture

The French Kiss is fairly squishy and smooth bodied, providing a nice slick surface when lubricated (you may use both silicone and water based lube with TPR). When it is in "pre-lube" condition, the material does tend to have some sticking action on skin and will give the feeling of pulling and grabbing a bit. Which can be nice - after all, some traction can be really pleasurable! Because of the non-dense nature of this TPR blend, this toy can easily be bent and manipulated. I think users, new and vetran, will find this material easy to work with.

The material is very pretty. It is translucent, which is one of my favorite features! The only downside to these sorts of materials is that they tend to "fog" with use and lose their translucent appearance - even after just 3 blissful weeks. Sadly, I have no idea how to prevent or remedy this. Although beautiful to the eye, TPR is not so beautiful to my nose. After 3 weeks I still find myself cringing a bit when I put the French Kiss near my face, so I don't think the smell will be dissipating any time soon. The scent may not bother most people, though, I just have an extra sensitive snogger. It doesn't taste as bad as it smells, though! I can keep the material in my mouth for a pretty long time before it starts to bother my tongue.

It is phthalates free, so you can let your mind rest, knowing that you aren't exposing yourself to those chemicals when you play. TPR blends are porous, however, and only rate as a '4' on the material safety meter, so be sure to use condoms if you plan on sharing.

Design / Shape / Size

The shaft of the French Kiss has 5 bulbs which graduate up as they get closer to the base. While I could not feel each of the bulbs individually, I did feel noticeably fuller and more stimulated as they entered me. Which works out nicely, anyway, since the bullet sits right in between them. Because I tend to be more modest with the girth of my toys, I found that I tend to insert only the first 3 bulbs when I use this toy alone. When my partner is in control of it, though, that's a whole other story.

This toy is a little on the larger side, so hiding or traveling with it could be an issue if you are shy. The bulbs offer different sizes for everyone and I think that this toy could also be a nice aid for dilating.

Functions / Performance / Controls

All of the vibrations are located where I would call "mid-tip." Specifically, the bullet rests between the second and third bulbous part of this vibe. There are 3 vibration settings that, with a new pair of AA's, I would classify as medium, high, and extra high. Certainly, the power that this baby packs is not earth shattering, but very easily felt - especially on the clit.

To go through the settings, simply push the round button on the base. Easy enough, right? The only issue I had with this set up is that, sometimes during my solo sessions, I would accidentally click the button with the hand I was using to grasp the toy as I got closer to climax (all that damned hand clenching). I tend to keep my finger on the settings button for quick switching, but it can be very sad if you accidentally turn it off or move away from the setting that was getting you close.

I washed this toy under running water, every time, before and after using it. Lately I'm finding myself bringing my toys into the bathroom with me to wash off after playing, so the French Kiss also made it into the shower several times. I have not had any issues with water getting into it. Yay!

This toy is pretty quiet, certainly not something you could hear through closed doors. Whether or not you could hear ME though closed doors while USING this toy... well, lets just say you're more likely to hear me and not the toy.

Care and Maintenance

Clean this toy with mild soap and water or toy cleaner. It's always best to keep your toys in their own containers, especially if you have a collection like mine. Luckily, this toy comes with its own beautiful tin box which doubles as a storage container.

Packaging

Just as I had heard, the packaging on the Evolved products is just gorgeous! The aluminum box has black, silver and blue colors which match the vibe itself. I am so glad I have one now!
Follow-up commentary
While I still enjoy the French Kiss when I do reach for it, I don't find myself reaching for it as often as I did. This is due mostly to the fact that I have an entire under-the-bed-drawer full of toys and my tastes differ from day to day. The quality of the Evolved Novelties brand is definitely one that stands out, though and I would still highly recommend this toy as a good stand alone vibrator.
