This is a dual stimulation, rabbit style vibrator. In practice, beaded rabbits are more like triple stimulation. Instead of just hitting your G-spot and clit, the beads massage the the sensitive opening of the vagina. I particularly like rotating heads on rabbits, as this one has. It does wonders at massaging the G-spot.

For me rabbits are best for solo play, as I am very particular about where I want clitoral stimulation. I usually use a hand to guide it. It would take a lot of "higher, no lower, no back, more pressure, ooh, no, now too much pressure" for me to use it with a partner. For me it is just easier on my own. But my clit can be very temperamental, and many women will no doubt enjoy having a partner use this on them.

This toy can also be used in the shower or bath (or other wet places). As a bath toy, I don't like it as much, but that is because I like to use silicone based lube when in watery places. This toy's premium silicone is wonderful, but it does mean that I need to keep my lubrication water-based. That means it rinses right away in the bath and shower.

The Petite Flutter has a plastic base that houses the batteries and the control panel. The top is silicone, covering the motor and beads.

While the base is plastic, the only part touching your vulva and vagina is the silicone. I love silicone toys. They are completely non-porous and last a long time. There is no noticeable scent, and the non-porous nature means it will not pick up any scents, either.

The shaft is smooth and firm, with a couple of exceptions. The silicone is thin and pliable over the rotating metal beads, which add some texture, though not much when not in motion. There is also a small seam that runs the length of both the front and back of both the shaft and butterfly.

However, it is not noticeable during use.

The toy is about 8 1/2 inches long in total; however, due to the control base and the clit attachment, the toy only has an insertable length of about 4 inches. The tip of the shaft is curved for pinpoint G-spot pressure. The rotating beads start 2 1/2 inches from the tip and are 1 inch long. It is a very narrow toy that is only 3 1/2 inches in circumference, which is just over an inch in diameter. It is great for a beginner who doesn't have much experience with inserting toys.

The clitoral attachment is hummingbird shaped and about 2 3/4 inches long. It is flexible, so you can easily get the vibrations where you need them most. The flexible "beak" of the bird provides pinpoint vibration.

One feature I love is the removable battery pack. It is easy to keep the batteries you have been using for that toy together, and to not have them stored in the toy itself.

The Petite Flutter is controlled by 3 buttons on the base of the toy. I love that there is a dedicated on/off switch; it is so much easier than cycling through all the patterns until it turns off. There is also a button to control the vibration of the hummingbird and one to control the rotation of the shaft.

The shaft only rotates one direction, but at 3 different speeds. You press the rotation button to cycle through the options: low, med, high, off. The options then repeat. The massaging beads feel nice, but the motor isn't that strong. My kegel muscles can slow down the rotation greatly if I squeeze. As the beads rotate, the head of the toy also massages your G-spot! It feels amazing.

The vibration button similarly cycles through the 7 patterns. The first three are the standard low, medium, and high. Then there are four patterns: a high pulsing, escalation, faster pulsing, and fast fast fast slow pattern. Because there are so many patterns, the cycle through method of selection is a little annoying. I like to have escalation, but not at a slower pace, and i like to control it. It would be nice to have a back button so I could just play with the steady vibrations instead of cycling through all the patterns to get back to "low." But it really is only a minor inconvenience.

I also found that the beak of the hummingbird was a little overwhelming. The vibrations were fairly strong, and quite buzzy. The pinpoint application of such vibrations hurt a bit instead of getting me off. I got around this by bending the beak down so I had a broader surface on my clit. It felt much better, though I do wish the vibrations had been a little more thuddy.

Being waterproof, this toy is super easy to clean. You will want to clean it both before and after use, as it is a bit of a lint magnet. I wash mine with regular soap and water, but using toy cleaner is also an option. I have been using the box it came in to keep the lint away from the toy a little. It also has extra space so I can keep the batteries with the toy. I then throw that in my toy box.

Be sure to use water based lubes with the petite flutter, as silicone lube can degrade the material and make it less safe.

The packaging is minimal and not discreet at all. It comes in a clear plastic box, and sits in a clear plastic tray. The back of the box has a picture of the toy and description of the functions. The box calls the clitoral attachment a butterfly, but I think it looks more like a bird. It is a bit abstract, so you can decide for yourself. The back of the box has the limited instructions. The image of the toy describes which buttons control what. I am using this box for storage, but mostly to keep the lint away from the toy as I mentioned above. It is not one of the nicer storage boxes, and it will only show off your toy if you don't put it inside another box or drawer.

I have been looking for a silicone rabbit that has beads for a long time. I have also been looking for a smaller rabbit for a long time. After I got my IUD, I have been really sensitive around the opening of my vagina. But I didn't want to give up on beaded rabbit toys. This toy is narrow enough that the beads aren't overwhelming. That is perfect for me, but I can see it leaving some users wanting more.

As I mentioned above, thuddier vibrations would be nice. The buzzy vibrations do their job, but not quite as well as a nice, deep vibe would. Overall, though, I am very happy with my purchase.
