I have to say that this was one of the harder toys to decide on a score for. It is certainly a great toy, a worthy addition to any collection, but it stopped just short of great. With a slight few changes, this could have been a top recommendation. It came in all the usual packaging, with the usual embellishments and a list of features. The included instructions were very frank, to the point of being a little comical. The first thing that my partner and I noticed was the controller base, which seemed a bit too complicated for such an item.

Functionally, this toy is a thing of beauty. There are two separate mechanics, a vibrating and spinning rabbit and a twisting head. Additionally, the base of the head has rotating metal balls positioned to stimulate the g spot, and the rabbit has a somewhat cheesy blue LED. They are both controlled separately from the base with up and down buttons for intensity. Both work very well and the vibrations are powerful. The rotating head is very well made, as it is enough to stimulate very well, but not enough to cause discomfort. The rabbit head spins in a small circle, which helps to make sure the clit is properly stimulated and I can imagine it would work very well for anal stimulation if you turned it upside down.

The material is listed as jelly, but it feels like it is very high quality. To our surprise, there is no smell that is so common with jelly toys. As always with jelly toys though, wash properly before sharing. Soaps and boiling water will damage the material, so toy cleaner is your best bet. Unfortunately, the controller base is not waterproof, but it does look like it will be ok in the event of splashes. It takes 4 AA batteries, and the motor is of high enough quality that the batteries won’t die right away.

The controller is both the greatest part and has the greatest room for improvement on this toy. It is very nice that the mechanics are separate; to better control the intensity and the experience. The rabbit head is powerful and can be too intense, even at some of the lower settings. There is also a function button on the controller, but it is just 4 different speeds of escalation. To its detriment, the escalation always goes from 1 all the way to 10, which can be way too intense. A much better solution would be an escalate to current level, or a customizable escalate that initially escalates to say 4 and goes higher if you press the increase intensity on the respective mechanic. We were also disappointed that there was no instant off button or function. To stop a mechanic at level 10, you have to press the down button 10 separate times. There is no level loop at 10, and no rapid ascend/descend for a held button. For having a small circuit board in the controller (it’s visible), such simple operation is disappointing.

Overall, this is a very good toy, but it is not a great toy. At its original price of $90, I’d say to look around at the other options first, but at its current price of $45 I’d say go buy it. It’s a quality toy and a decent price, and many of my gripes are not game breakers. The material feels good and has no smell to it. The mechanics are solid, and intense. It is customizable with its individual controls, and is designed well. I can only hope that California Exotics continues to improve on its design, and I look forward to seeing new products.

Despite its various flaws and slightly intimidating appearance, we keep coming back to this toy. The battery life has proven to be good, a testament to the motor. It still puts out some great vibrations and rotations. You get used to turning it off by hitting down quickly. The price has gone back up, but we'd still recommend you give this a try.
