Impulse gyrating beaded dolphin - rabbit vibrator discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by AW00

The Impulse gyrating beaded dolphin was my first dual action vibrator. I purchased it for solo use but soon discovered it was great for partner play as well. It is a great clitoral stimulator and the added bonus of having it inserted at the same time was amazing. The beads provided great pleasure as they spun around inside of me rubbing against my g-spot. It has 3 levels of vibration and pulsation and one of my personal favorite features is the glow in the dark control pad. I love the way this feels when used with a personal lube. I was hesitant to use it with my husband because it was dual action, but now I find it perfect for the nights that I need a little bit more action! It seems like it would also be great for anal play if you decided to flip it around. Although it is dual action you can hold onto the shaft and let the dolphin vibrate your clit and not have it inserted. Overall this little guy is full of buttons, beads, and pleasure and hasn't let me down yet. I would recommend it to anyone. I only wish it was waterproof!

That beautiful shaft is made out of Crystalessence. It is super soft. I didn't notice any scent when I took it out for the first time. I love that the head has a little tip on it. The nose of the Dolphin against my clit was very smooth. I think it is beautiful and made really well. It is really sturdy but just soft enough at the same time. I would suggest using wipes to clean it (sometimes it gets bits of fuzz when it's in a drawer). I am afraid to run it under water because it isn't waterproof and the control pad is vulnerable. It is non-porous too which is great for hygiene.

I really love the design of this toy. I am a big fan of dual action vibes and this one is no exception. There are so many features and buttons. The use of different vibration speeds and the pulsations of the beads are great. The beads are also non-jamming and I have never had any problem with them. As a dual action vibe this worked great for me. I think the size was perfect for anyone, although for a beginner of anal play it might be too large. The buttons are great for solo play because they are easy to find thanks to the glow in the dark pad. I like to keep it in a bedside drawer but wouldn't consider it easy to hide as the base is a decent size. It is also pretty quiet, but if you want to be 100% sure nobody can hear it I would suggest playing music or turning on your TV because it is not silent. I don't think I would travel with this because the buttons are sensitive and I would be afraid it would get turned on. I would have liked it to be rechargeable because I did have a little bit of trouble getting the batteries in the first time I used it.

Because this little guy is dual action it really delivers a big punch. The first time I used it I was very surprised at how much vibration the dolphin put off. All of the vibrations are coming from the dolphin, which is used for clit stimulation, but rest assured that your g-spot will not be sorry. With all the non-jamming beads it has and the different pulsations offered you will get a good bang for your buck. The buttons/controls were very easy to use and the added bonus of being glow in the dark really helped when I used it at night. It isn't very loud, which to me is important, but it isn't silent either. I would describe it as a whisper. This toy isn't waterproof which for me was a major bummer. I love it so much and I wish I was able to take it in the shower, bath, or pool as well. For being battery operated this things packs some real power in the vibrator and the beads. I think it would have been a great toy without the bead function, so having them is a total added bonus. My husband also has an easy time using it.

I would describe this toy as a medium maintenance toy. It is non-porous which is fantastic. I like to use wipes on it. I generally keep it stored in my bedside drawer and it sometimes does get a little fuzzy or linty because of the material, but it is easily removed. I think it would be easier to clean and maintain if the control pad were different or if the whole toy was waterproof. I have used my sink to wash it off before, and it is possible to do so, but it really needs to be done with care and caution so the control pad doesn't get wet. After I wash/wipe it down I use a clean towel to pat it dry. I would also suggest letting it air dry for a few minutes before storing it so that it doesn't collect any "extra" fuzz.
