Pearl dreams lover - Epic flaccid fail.

Nice concept, poor execution. The Pearl Dreams Lover falls short of reaching my G-spot or even stimulating my vagina in any way. The floppy appendage on the sleeve was absolutely useless. I'm rating this a two purely for the waterproof bullet under the sleeve.

Use

This toy would be great for someone who likes weak to moderate clitoral vibrations. Someone who is new to vaginal insertion might also appreciate the very small size of the G-spot stimulator, but don't expect to feel any vibrations in there!

Material / Texture

The Pearl Dreams Lover, made of TPR, is odorless and tasteless. I found the material to be rubbery and extremely floppy. This toy would have been much more effective if the G-spot stimulator were more firm and the clitoral vibrations weren't so muffled and weakened by the TPR sleeve.

Design / Shape / Size

I like the design, I really do. I think it's a great idea, but the execution did not turn out well. If the G-spot stimulator were more firm (and while we're at it, longer and girthier!)it would have been lots of fun, but my G-spot is a little deeper and requires some actual pressure to get the job done.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Pearl Dreams Lover is waterproof (yay!), requires only one AAA battery, and is very simple to use. The pushable button on the bottom will turn the toy on and change the settings. On the first of the two settings, I found the vibrations to be rather weak. The second setting was a bit more intense, but still nothing to write home about. One problem I had was that the vibrations really do not even reach the G-spot stimulator. Additionally, the vibrations on my clit were only enough to get me off when I took the sleeve off altogether and used the plain bullet.

This toy is a bit noisy, but in the shower or under a blanket, it's fairly undetectable. You would DEFINITELY hear it in a bathtub.

Care and Maintenance

Use only water-based lubes, and clean with hot soapy water or toy wipes.
I will probably store my toy in a satin drawstring bag, because I did not care for the size and shape of the packaging the Pearl Dreams Lover came in.

Packaging

The packaging of the toy was rather unimpressive. It came in a clear plastic shell style container, not allowing much for discretion. I'm not planning to store mine in the original packaging, because it's much larger than the toy itself, wasting space.

Experience

On myself, I was only able to climax with the Pearl Dreams Lover when the sleeve was totally removed! The bullet underneath is waterproof and packs a pretty powerful punch. But when it's covered, it's quite a bit weaker. When I used it on my husband (placing the G-spot stimulator under his balls), he found the sensation very "Meh", in his words. It was more work holding it in place than it was pleasurable.
Follow-up commentary
After feeling utterly frustrated with this thing, I let my sister have a shot at it (After I thoroughly cleaned it, of course. Condom use when sharing is recommended, but she was fine with not using one). She is a virgin and I was curious to see if she would find it stimulating at all. She told me she found it awkward and not stimulating at all. That makes two of us.

Good review. I have the pearl dreams pleaser and I have the same problems with the vibrations not moving through the sleeve at all. The bullet itself is amazing but the sleeve just really ruins it for me.
