Pleasure Dome is a sweet addition to a Hitachi lover's collection. It is a dome that has nubs everywhere. The nubs add to the stimulation of your Hitachi magic wand. This item slips on the top of your wand snugly and then you rub the nubs like crazy. It is kind of addicting. The Pleasure Dome is a purple color and made of silicone, so it is a safer material choice. This dome really does not muffle the sound of the Hitachi wand. It is still loud, but the Pleasure dome itself is not.

I had a hard time fitting this onto my Hitachi and still sometimes do not get it just right. It fits on the top by lining up the inside with a spot on the vibrator. It comes is a clear plastic case, and it is kind of odd-looking, so unless someone picks it up and looks at it, they would not really know what this item it. The Pleasure dome kind of reminds me of those koosh balls kids have. If you are giving this for a gift, you may want to wrap it first to add an element of surprise.

Silicone is smooth and not porous. Silicone can be fully disinfected by boiling it for 3 minutes or by throwing it into the top rack of your dishwasher. I washed mine with bursts toy cleaner first which I really like to wash my toys with and then I let it drip dry on a towel. You can only use water-based lubricants on this item. Be careful what you are using. This is a durable item that should last you a while if cared for properly. I bought this item because I loved the idea of nubs ribbing my clit and rubbing my husband's shaft.
