The pleasure doppler is a medium sized vibrating wand intended for external clitoral stimulation and possibly some shallow vaginal penetration. It could also be used to stimulate the nipples, penis or external anus. I wouldn't recommend anal insertion due to the material and construction of the pleasure doppler. The neck has a narrow plastic band about 3/4 inch in diameter with nooks and crannies that could make clean-up difficult. Also, being so narrow, I would worry that it could accidentally break while inserted.

While advertised as a g-spot toy, I was unable to use the toy due to the short amount of insertable length and the rigidity of the product.

This toy would be suitable for solo use or couple use.

The pleasure doppler is constructed of Phthalates free, rubber-cote and plastic. The rubber-cote provides a velvety, smooth texture with a small amount of drag. The product has no taste and I did not notice any plastic-y smell besides the packaging the doppler came in. The doppler does have a narrow neck with a silver colored plastic that is smooth with narrow grooves.

This toy is appropriate for both beginners and those who are experienced with sex toys. This toy does provide small-medium vibration so a person who requires more stimulation may need a stronger toy.

The design and shape of the pleasure doppler is unique; it looks like a small egg perched on top of a wand about four inches long. The head is bulbous to provide maximum contact and stimulation of the clitoris. While I enjoyed the shape of the doppler and found it to be easy to hold in place between my husband and my body during sex, it wasn't nearly powerful enough for my taste.

Additionally, the bulbous, short shape of the egg makes vaginal penetration really awkward as there is only about 1.5 inches that can even be inserted. It is advertised as a g-spot vibe, but I couldn't get it anywhere near my g-spot.

The handle fits well in my small hand, but might be too small if a man with larger hands. It is appropriate for both beginners and advanced users. The toy is not a discreet toy but is small enough to hide in a toy box or bag.

This vibrating wand is very simple to operate. Once the batteries are placed, the bottom of the handle twists. If you twist to the left, the vibrations are weak or can be turned off completely. When the bottom is twisted to the the right, the doppler begins to vibrate, the farther right you go, the stronger the vibration. It does not have a locking mechanism for travel, so it could be turned on accidentally. There are no vibration patterns. One irritating problem this toy has is that I have accidentally turned it on while trying to get the battery compartment open as the twisting mechanisms are so close to one another.

The toy is fairly noisy for the level of power it provides, it can be heard under the covers, but not through the door.

This product states that it can be used in or out of that water. However, the small crevice that is present near the bottom of the base where the power control is located seems like it would leak. I did put it in water and let it run for awhile and I did not find water in the battery compartment and it did not malfunction.

This toy can be used with both water and silicone based lubes. I would recommend a condom if you plan to insert this toy or share as the nooks and crannies in the narrow neck would be extremely difficult to clean thoroughly.

This product can be cleaned with antibacterial soaps, toy wipes, or wiped down with rubbing alcohol. This toy should never be boiled.

I store this toy in the plastic tote it came in under my bed in my toy box. It is small and easily stacked.

This product comes in a clear plastic box with pictures of the pleasure doppler on the front. There aren't any models on the front and the lettering is pink and white. The pleasure doppler is encased in a plastic shell within the box. I did not see instructions in the package. It uses two AAA batteries that are not included.
