I was so excited to get this toy. It's been awhile since I had just a plain old, honest to goodness, powerful vibrator that I could enjoy by myself or with my lovely wife. This toy is a lot like one of the first we used together, so not only was it something new, but also a little taste of nostalgia!

It takes four double-A batteries and I was able to get it started right away. When first using it, it can seem a little bulky. The controls/battery at the base of it are a little bit awkward when things are hot and heavy and a first-time user could easy press a button they didn't mean to. I did that quite a few times. I'm personally not a settings changer once things are already going, so I found the settings I liked and stuck to them, but I did give each one a fair chance.

I personally do not like/can't stand super strong vibrations (I have a sensitive little clitty), so the first two vibration settings were by far more than enough to satisfy me. They are very strong and not too noisy. I could use it in bed without waking my wife, to give you an idea.

Taking off/putting on the battery cover was a little more difficult than it had to be and as a result we eventually lost the battery cover. Of course, the toy does still function perfectly, we just have to be more careful about not losing batteries (when we're playing and when we're storing it). Speaking of storage, this toy was easy to clean up (a quick wipe off after each use). It's NOT water proof though, so no shower time fun with this wild one.

Overall, a really fun, good quality toy and great value.
