The Mini Bullet & Controller is amazing for clit stimulation. You can, of course, use it anywhere else on the body-- nipples, thighs, elbows, whatever-- but it was definitely designed for the clit. You can insert the bullet vaginally if you want, but inserting it anally would be a very bad idea since it would be almost impossible to get out if the cord snapped.
I think the Mini Bullet and Controller is great for either masturbation or couple play, and is especially handy for someone who wants something quiet and discreet. It isn't fancy, but it offers great vibrations in a pinpoint package.

The Mini Bullet & Controller is made of hard plastic and comes in several colors (I went for purple). The plastic is completely smooth except for a small seam around the middle of the bullet, which can barely be felt in use. It has a little bit of drag to it (Doc Johnson describes it as "Velvet Touch") so you might want to add a little lubricant, either silicone or water-based. One advantage of the smooth hard plastic is that it's very easy to clean.
When I first removed the bullet from its packaging, it had a little bit of a plastic smell. This has faded from the bullet itself, but you can still smell it a little on the cord and controller. It's only noticible when you hold the toy right up to your nose.

The Mini Bullet & Controller has a very similar design to many bullet vibes, and I find it easy to use. The controller is a little longer than my palm, and very light and easy to hold. The cord is about the length of my arm, which means I have more than enough room to move the bullet around. The bullet itself is tiny-- a little more than an inch long, and the thickness of my thumb. I wasn't sure I would like having such a tiny bullet, but it's great for pinpoint stimulation.
All in all, the design of this vibrator is purely functional. It''s size and low volume make it perfect for travel.

The controller for this vibrator has two buttons, an up and a down arrow, and four numbered lights. Hitting the up arrow turns on the vibrator and allows you to progress upward through the four vibration strengths. Hitting the down arrow lowers the vibration strength and then turns off the vibrator. These were very easy to use. The lights show you which vibration setting you are on. There are no vibration patterns. Because the bullet is so small, you can feel the vibrations evenly throughout it.
The vibrations go from medium-low to medium high, and are fairly high-pitched. They are also very quiet-- with a blanket over this toy, I can't even hear myself using it until the highest setting.
This bullet is listed as waterproof, and the battery cap screws on with several turns. There is also an O-ring to keep moisture out. I've used it in the shower with no problems, and in the bath as well, but I would take care to keep from submerging the controller completely. Even when I screw the cap on as tightly as possible, I can still see a slight gap between the cap and the body of the controller, and I'd rather be safe than sorry.

The Mini Bullet & Controller is easy to clean with soap and warm water. You can also use toy cleaner. While it doesn't come with a bag, you can buy one for it, keep it in the plastic box it came in, or simply put it in a drawer. You can use any type of lube with it.

The packaging for the Mini Bullet is adorable. It's a transparent plastic box with lettering and designs in peach, purple and light blue (the colors the toy comes in). It includes the name of the toy, the company, and the fact that it is waterproof.
However, this toy comes with NO instructions at all. The controls are pretty intuitive, but if this had been my first ever vibrator I would have liked to know--for instance-- how to open the battery compartment, what to clean the toy with, what kinds of lubricant to use it with, etc. The type of batteries it takes was written in tiny letters on the bottom corner of the package, but that was about the only useful information, and very hard to find.
