After waiting way too long, the Sensual Touch butterflies vibrator arrived. It was packaged simply like most vibrators. My first impression was that, as the description says, it is small. I am still a beginner in the land of sex toys and I even think it is small. What are not small though, are the butterflies, as they are larger and more raised than I expected.

As I cleaned the vibrator and played with it in my hands before its first adventure, I really worried about the butterflies being irritating. I also noticed that the material the vibrator is made from is not as soft and velvety smooth as other products made from the same material. Finally, I decided to stop worrying and just dive in. As I press the large heart shaped button on the bottom, which by the way is absolutely cute, nothing happens.

There was this tiny little white sticker near the base saying to ensure the cover was securely closed, but to be safe I removed it while cleaning for the first time. Remembering the sticker, I made sure the base was securely closed, but still nothing happened. After asking my boyfriend for help and fighting with the vibrator for about fifteen minutes we were finally able to make it work. But this technical mishap had already ruined the mood and made me angry. My boyfriend encouraged me to continue anyway, saying that it might put me in a better mood.

Oh boy was he right. I inserted the Sensual Touch butterflies on the lowest setting and it was nothing special. I pressed the heart shaped button again and setting two was average, but once I pushed the cute button again the vibrations were amazing. They were strong and made all of the butterflies tickle and pleasure my insides. The butterflies were not irritating at all, in fact they felt amazing. In a matter of moments I had an orgasm, much quicker than with other vibrators.

The level of sound on the first to settings is low, and slightly loud on the highest setting, but not anything to worry about the person in the nest room hearing. Especially if you are in the shower, since the Sensual Touch butterflies is waterproof, and held up pretty well in the wet conditions. Just be sure it is fully operational before getting in the shower, because trying to make the vibrator work can compromise the level of waterproof-ness.

Overall, if there were no technical difficulties I would give this vibrator five stars, but the technical difficulties force me to only give it three stars.

This toy has become very annoying with its problems, turning on and staying on. I still like this toy, but I only use it now when I have a partner to help with the technical difficulties.
