My favourite quality of the toy would definitely be the fact that it is a cute little turtle. Unfortunately, because it is little, it isn't very powerful, although it does have a multi-speed functionality. The toy itself smells like rubber and feels a little cheap. The product is made out of rubber which would be why it smells like rubber. The turtle is also powered by two AA batteries. The vibration itself is comparable with a cellphone vibration.

The one thing that I do not like at all about this product is that the spin dial (multi-speed controller) is very easily turned. This is a hassle as you have to keep adjusting and readjusting the dial to get it back to the setting you want it to be on. Another thing about it is that the lowest setting on the spin dial is the "off" setting so if you set it on a non stable surface or do not put it away properly, the turtle will just turn back on which makes for an awkward moment at times and also waste battery life if not noticed right away.

Personally, this product just did not do it for me. The highest setting was not powerful enough and it was not very satisfying. The turtle is also not cordless so the cord was bothering me when I would try to get off. My experience with this product was just not the greatest as well as awkward at times.

An example of an awkward moment was when I put my turtle in my luggage (without taking the batteries out) and the taxi driver was adjusting the luggage in the trunk. Because the spin dial is loose, it started to vibrate. The taxi driver looked at my luggage and said, "Someone's luggage is vibrating." It would would not have been so embarrassing had I not been with strangers in that taxi van. But I was, and it was a half hour drive to our destination. It vibrated the whole way there. When the cab driver was unloading our luggage, he personally handed me my luggage, gave me a creepy smile and said, "Better take the batteries out next time." It was a very uncomfortable encounter to say the least. So just from personal experience, my advice would be this: DO NOT be like me and actually remember to take the batteries out when you're travelling!!
