The Siena Concerto: A Girl's Best Friend

If you like vibes that are on the bigger-end, and give you that deliciously stuffed feeling, you'll love the Siena. And, if you're like me, and going through a phase where your lovers just aren't lovin' up to par, the Siena will get you through the rough patches without compromising your orgasms. If you don't like big, thick, hard toys, then the Siena is probably not for you.

Pros

extremely useful review
Though I'm not one to be called squeamish or prude, "size queen" hasn't made the list of nicknames either. I generally seek shape, texture, contours, and powerful vibrations above girth or insertable length. That said, Mantric's Siena Concerto is definitely one of the larger vibes I own.

She sits pretty in your hand, weighing a good pound. After you pull her from her red-and-white box, with velvety red liner, you'll see that beyond the packaging there is nothing girly about this toy. From a slightly bulbous silicone head, Siena boasts a unique, rugged triangular shaft with the perfect few g-spot ready curves.

We all have the nights where our vibe gets to play Prince Charming, or the hot pool boy, and Mantric's Siena Concerto rises beautifully to the occasion. Siena is built for play (even when rough, even when wet, even when you need something big and hard to sate your pussy's appetite and you don't want to worry about staying-power). Siena's got your back! Siena will play as long as you want, every time. She will accompany you, orgasm to orgasm, until you decide that enough is enough. She's built to be well-suited as a passion partner, and she won't disappoint.

I was surprised to find that Siena's shaft is not flexible, so take this as an advanced warning! Yes, the Siena is made out of non-porous, hypo-allergenic, phthalates-free, body-safe silicone, and the toy is velvet to touch; but she is built hard, thick, and solid. She is not nearly as flexible as FunFactory's silicone vibes, or any other silicone vibe I've played with before.

The difference in bendability is so great that it's easy to think that the Siena Concerto is made out of a different material altogether. But once I was over the shock of it, I realized how wonderful it could be to have a silicone vibe that is so rock-hard, so solid, and definitely not going flaccid anytime soon!

Siena is controlled by two buttons found at the base of her shaft. You can cycle through all 10 vibrating modes, one at a time, by pushing the second button (the one closer to the head of the toy). If you want to skip to the strongest of Siena's settings, hit the first button (the one closest to the base of the shaft) just once. A red light will indicate that you've just found the highest setting! Both buttons, when pressed repeatedly, can be used to scroll through each of the toy's 10 modes. At any point, pressing the opposite button (to the one you're using to navigate through the settings) will turn off the toy.

Green, orange, and red LED lights (located near the control panel at the base of the shaft) indicate the intensity and pattern of vibration. I had a blast exploring the 10 different modes of vibration. My favorite modes are the ones where Siena starts off at a quiet rumble, escalating her speed and strength of vibration to a full-on growl. The kind that makes me fear the inevitably impending orgasm, just from the effects she has against my hand, let alone my clit or inside my pussy!

The Siena Concerto is my new best friend. It's nice to happen across a quality toy, that screams of reliability and commitment potential (especially when the woefully apparent truth is the declining presence of such in my relationship forays with human males). While she may not bring roses, I have no doubt that Siena will be consistently on time for our dates, won't be carrying any STDs, and will be more than happy to have me cum until my heart's delight, again and again, with no obligation toward reciprocity (except, of course, to scrub her down with sex-toy cleaner before and after each pleasure romp).

Don't forget the batteries and lube! Mantric's Siena Concerto requires 4 AAA batteries, and works best with a water-based lubricant. I recommend using it with a condom for easy clean-up.

P.s. For a great laugh read the letter to you, the customer, in the beginning of Siena's little instruction booklet.
Follow-up commentary
Still like it? I still LOVE it. The Siena Concerto is my go-to insertable vibe. It's been my favorite, hands-down since I got it, and it remains outside of my toybox for easy accessibility. Hee. I find myself reaching for her practically daily (or nightly, as it may be, for that handful-of-orgasms-before-drifting-off-to-dreamland that every single gal has to get from somewhere).

The Siena Concerto has proven to be a sturdy, well-made vibe with an awesome battery-life, and she's become great friends with my pussy.

I love the green, orange and red indicator lights on her control panel that help you navigate through the various multi-functions and intensity-settings; they are especially handy in the dark!

I haven't had any technical glitches at all, and the Siena's unique, almost triangular shape always makes my g-spot super-happy. Sometimes I wake up sore in the morning, like I just had the best sex of my life. But that doesn't bother me. (Just don't tell any of my ex-boyfriends!)

@Adriana Ravenlust. Yeah... I totally thought this would have some more give to it. Occasionally, it still surprises me how firm and rigid its built!

Great review. I went with the Rondo and am rather disappointed with it. Its LOUD which (because of living with others) it puts me off. I love the size and originally had big hopes for it.
