The Cleopatra Twister is my new go-to rabbit. It's pretty, easy to use, and the spinning shaft has yet to break down. The lion head has three pronged tongues and is long enough that it reaches the clitoris easily or it can be turned around to stimulate the anus. The vibrator is pretty powerful and brought me to orgasm easily. The shaft is nice and thick so for you tighter girls (like me) I would recommend you use lube for easy insertion. Instead of internal moving beads, the entire top halves of the shaft rotates both clockwise and counter clockwise so it adds some variety to the usual thrust and pelvic thrust. Both the vibrator and the shaft are controlled by two separate dials at the base. The shaft's rotation can be changed by pressing the button on the side of the base and the entire vibe is switched on by a button on the opposite side.

The Cleopatra Twister can be used both alone and with a partner. Turn the vibe so that the lion rests against the anus and have your partner perform oral while controlling the speed and direction of the shaft and the intensity of the lion's vibrations. The multitude of sensations feels heavenly. The Cleopatra Twister is definitely my favorite rabbit in my toy drawer.

The Cleopatra Twister is made of a jelly material with a raised texture. It has a somewhat strong odor when first coming out of the box that takes a few washes to get out. The material also makes it easy for fuzz and dust to cling to it. The front of the shaft has a raised image of a pharaoh with its arms crossed as if it were buried and the back is designed to look like a realistic penis. The textured material adds to the sensations when the shaft rotates, but makes it very difficult to clean.

The front has a lovely intricate design made to look like the top of a pharaoh’s coffin and the back is veined to look like a realistic penis (color aside.) The toy is controlled by two buttons and two dials on the base. One button switches it on and off, and the other controls the direction the shaft rotates. One dial controls the intensity of the vibrator and the other the speed of the rotating shaft. Travel would not be difficult, but be warned; this toy is not discreet so anyone who sees it will know what it is.

The rotating function is great. The speed is controlled by a dial at the base and the direction can be changed by the press of a button on the side. The other dial controls the intensity from strong but teasing vibrations to crazy powerful localized sensation. The prongs my make the clitoral stimulator a little long for some people. There is a mechanical whirring noise when the shaft rotates that can be heard in the room, but not outside of the room. The vibrator itself, on the other hand, is pretty loud so anyone standing just outside the door might hear you. All in all it's easy to use and delivers what it promises, a really good time.

The design in the front is very intricate and has many tiny crevices that soap and water cannot easily get to, so close inspection after cleaning is a must.

I recommend air drying because towels (paper or cloth) will leave lint and fuzz stuck to the toy. A condom makes for easy clean up, but it should still be cleaned after just to remove the lube on the inside of the condom.

When storing, I recommend storing it in a plastic food storage bag to prevent dust and dirt from settling and sticking to the jelly material. The jelly material is compatible with water or silicone based lube, but you need to clean it well because anything left behind can start growing bacteria.
