The Diamond Spot Vibrator (DSV) is geared toward those interested in G-spot stimulation. It's small, waterproof and has vibrations that are controlled by a dial base. Although the power behind it won't rock your socks off, it's very easy to use. It can be enjoyed as a nice warm-up. For the more advanced users, stimulate the G-spot before intercourse or solo play before moving on to a stronger toy. If you're new to G-spot play, the DSV is nice for experimentation with a toy that’s not going to break the bank and safer than many jelly toys on the market.
Any user can pair the DSV with a blindfold and use it against the nipples or any other part of the body for a little bit of sensory play, regardless of you experience level.

The DSV is quiet enough. Every roommate situation is different. If you have a roommate, but at least have your own room, you're golden.

The Diamond Spot Vibrator is made of plastic. On EdenFantasys Safety Scale, where "1" is the least safe and "10" is the safest, the plastic DSV rates an "8." It's non-porous and phthalate-free with no smell.

The DSV has two rows, 16 total, of: faux, purple, pink and diamond-esque colored stones surrounding the vibrator about an inch from the bottom. However, the texture of the stones don't effect the use of the vibrator, as they are not considered part of the insertible length.

The design of the Diamond Spot Vibrator is for G-spot stimulation. The curved tip is shaped appropriately for such. The toy doesn't have that 'hook' on it, like a few G-spot vibrators do. Consider your pubic bone safe.

The DSV is 4 ½ inches in length, 3 ¼ inches in insertable length, 3 ¼ inches in circumference, 1 inch in diameter, and 0.2 lb in weight. You can tell by its measurements that it’s small. It would be easy to slip into a purse or bag for travel. The dial-base doesn’t seem so loose as to possibly turn on just by rubbing up against something else you’re carrying, but it doesn’t have a lock, either.

As I mentioned before, there are multi-colored rhinestones surrounding the bottom of the vibrator.

Despite the pretty stones and the simple size, it's still a vibrator. You can fool yourself into thinking that it's really discreet because it's been bedazzeled, but don't.

The DSV is not for the power-hungry. It's not going to jump-start your car. What it [italics|will] do is give you some nice, level one to level three (on the EF Vroom scale) vibrations. For those who are't aware, the EdenFantasys Vroom Scale rates vibrations from "1" being the weakest to "5" being the strongest.

This toy is dial-based. At the very end of the vibrator, under the two rows of rhinestones, you'll find the dial and ability to turn it clockwise. The farther to the right that you turn it, the more powerful the vibrations get.

Above the two rows of stones, twist the bottom of the toy counter-clockwise. You will unscrew the battery compartment. It only takes one AA battery to run the DSV, and you get a decent amount of life out of it.

Technically, it performs quietly enough not to be heard through a closed door. However, while it was on its highest setting, and under the covers, I was barely able to hear it from across the room. With the addition of a television or some music, this vibrator would easily go undetected if used in the same room. If privacy is a must, you're on the right track with the DSV. Keep it under the covers and the door shut for the most private experience possible.

The Diamond Spot Vibrator is waterproof, not just splash-proof. While on it's highest setting, I let the DSV vibrate its heart out in a large sink of water. Once a decent amount of time had passed, I dried it off and checked the battery compartment for any water. I found it to be completely dry.

Plastic sex toys are very easily taken care of. They can be cleaned by a few very simple methods:
1. Use a cloth soaked in warm water and antibacterial soap to wipe the toy down.
2. Use a bit of isopropyl alcohol to wipe the toy down with.
3. Toy cleaners or wipes.

Storage is another easy option for the DSV. Since it's small, it won't take up much room wherever you store your other toys. When it comes to lubes that are appropriate to use with your Diamond Spot Vibrator, water, oil, and silicone will all do fine. My personal favorite water based lube is Maximus. An all natural lubricant that is a favorite of many is coconut oil. Remember that the DSV is waterproof, so the water-based lubricants might not be the best idea if you're using this toy in the shower, tub, or pool, but a silicone-based lube will do the job.

The Diamond Spot Vibrator came to me in a sturdy paper box with a plastic cut-out through which, the actual toy was visible. The box has an ample amount of information on it.

The box isn't large, but the toy is so small, why waste the space? There is a drawing of a woman who looks as if she's being pleasured on the back of the box and half of the front of the box. I'm fine with it, but it might offend some. The packaging is recyclable.

I enjoyed this little toy as a warm up G-spot vibe. I don't usually [italics|use] a warm-up vibe. I think I'm going to start. After giving this and a few other smaller G-spotters a try, I've realized that a warm-up works well for me. It seems to draw out my G-spot climax. I never would have assumed that this would be the case, but I guess that's the whole point of trying something new.
