I love that The Pearl Dream Lover is Hypo-allergenic/Latex free you shouldn't have a problem with an allergic reaction. But still, if you wish a thin condom would be great. I didn't really need any lube but it would definitely be a plus with some water-based lubes for that added feeling and fun.

The fact that it's water proof is great because that's when I love to do my business. Easy to clean and even with a thin condom you can feel this beauty.
