Well designed to hit the G-spot but not to work kegel muscles. Still a very worthwhile investment in G-spot pleasure.

The Kona is very good in the fact that it is more rigid (so it doesn't bend on even your hardest thrusts) and is designed for easy use on yourself. It might exercise the vagina but if it does it doesn't work it to the extent of feeling sore or tired after. Very fun product!

My new 'dildo'

As a kegel exerciser, what this is sold as? This fails horribly. As a double ended dildo? This holds it's own in my ever-fluctuating toy box. While it's flexable and light weight, this works well for thrusting and gentle g-spot stimulation, but if you're seeking something firm and pinpoint I would look elsewhere.

I wouldn't call this an exerciser, but it makes a fabulous dildo. The silicone is great, the texture is fun and subtle, and the shape hits all the right spots in all the right ways.

The Kona can be used to exercise kegels, for thrusting and for some g-spot action. This gorgeous purple silicone toy is designed with an incredibly stimulating curve and lovely bulbed end that help me strengthen my vaginal muscles and get my rocks off. Kona is a total keeper and won me over right away.

The word Kona mean a strong wind often bringing rain. I do not know if when they named this toy they were palying on words, but it did not work. No 'Rain" was brought. In fact, it did the complete opposite. It is sad to see a big name like 'Dr.Berman' is such a disappointment on that toy. It did not do any of the jobs it claimed to do. It did not even get me off, and I can get off from a light wind.
