Heyyyy soooo I was thinking of asking my boyfriend to experiment with bondage with me, but I'm not sure how to ask him. I was wondering how other people started experimenting.

The main thing is to tell him what you're thinking. Maybe you can watch or read something together that includes a bit of bondage and comment on it to see where he's at with that idea. Most guys would be fine with it so you probably don't have anything to worry about. Just keep honest communication about your feelings open with your S.O.

Talk about it with him, be open and make sure to encourage him to ask questions. A lot of people don't know much about BDSM outside of the stuff they see on TV, which is usually pretty intimidating. Starting lightly with handcuffs or a blindfold is also usually good until he's comfortable

Sir Sir
Bring up the subject when you're both relaxed and perhaps show your partner pictures of people who are bound. What types of bondage do you want to try? Restraint with cuffs or straps? Or are you interested in rope bondage? Look into these things yourself or with him and get into it with each other to make the experience something you'll both grow in and enjoy with one another.

For me, i told my partner that i was interested/thinking about wanting to be bound and they agreed it was something they we're open to trying. Shortly after i got some nylon rope and we started to experiment with bondage play. We are both very open sexually and talk about what we would(n't) like in the bedroom constantly. If we are trying something out and one of us doesnt like whats going on we stop and talk about it. There is a lot of tust and compromise when it comes to things like BDSM and bondage play. Talking and openness is key as well as a large amount of trust. Sir has some good suggestions, as dose everyone else. The best you can do, is tell you partner how you feel and be open to compromise and talk about what you think you may or may not like.

We rented Secretary and I mentioned that I thought the bondage was hot. He agreed and we started exploring more in the bedroom. It was a nice way to broach the subject -- it let me gauge his reaction to the movie and once it was clear it turned both of us on, things flowed from there. I would have been nervous to bring it up on my own.

My boyfriend, before we hooked up the first time, asked me how kinky I was willing to go, which I took as an invitation to corrupt him

Ask what fantasies he has. Maybe they'll be similar to yours!
