I'm sure it has a toy pouch on one side, and the stuffing on the other. A friend of mine is waiting for hers to arrive, so I'll get back to you when she gets it.

That would depend on what you hide in it, if you hide soft stuff like jelly or silicone toys it should be fine.
Just avoid hard items like glass or wood.

I've just done a review on this and I'm waiting for it to go up.

No. I didn't find this very comfortable. It is very small only 8 inches by 9 inches. Pull that up, it's tiny for a pillow. It isn't horrible when it is empty but even with soft things in it you can feel the lumps through the stuffing.

I only managed to fit three small things in it, a bottle of lube, a bottle of toy cleaner, and a small Doc Johnson butt plug. Aside from that jelly and silicon toys don't slide into it very easily because of the texture of the batting on the inside. It's a plastic like mesh and the softer toys stick to it.

I am interested in the pillows. Is any of them worth it?

Somehow, I think if it's full of toys...no. If it's empty...maybe.
