I would have to say that I am more a stew kind of girl and I prefer cream based soups or bisques. I love, Love, LOVE a loaded potato soup!! What is your favorite soup?

I didn't list any Asian soups because there are way too many favorites. I like Tom Kha Kai too, but love the very spicy and sour Tom Yum Kung even more! Too bad I'm allergic to seafood, so I can only have a few of those delicious shrimps when I order.

I love lobster bisque and mushroom soup.

I make a really yummy loaded potato soup! And I like any type of cheese soup - Wisconsin cheddar, broccoli cheese, cheesy chicken and potato. And can't forget the egg drop!
