Salt potatoes! All the way, baby. Those tiny size C or Creamer potatoes, smothered in butter and salt.

I love fryin' them up (Usually red potatoes), in butter, with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and some yellow onions. <3 MM!

There are two ways for me, either mashed with lots of butter, Parmesan, cream and roasted garlic, or roasted with olive oil, garlic and rosemary or thyme.
