We have a turkey casserole recipe that is basically a gravy based pot pie with mashed potatoes for a topper. LOVE it! And we only have it after Thanksgiving and Christmas...if we have turkey for Christmas...so that makes it special.
I make a simple casserole with dressing in the bottom of the dish, topped with turkey, topped with gravy. Heat that up and serve with cranberry sauce and whatever else is left over. We usually get a couple of meals out of it.
