is a site that basically to me, is like free weight watchers. There are sections where you can set goals and set up nutrition plans/meal plans that plan out your meals for you or suggest foods based on the goals that you've set. If you choose not to do that, there's a section of the site to track your food, there's a section to track your measurements, progress etc and there's also a fitness tracker that will suggest a fitness plan for you or you can track whatever you do yourself. There's a blog feature too where if you want, you can blog and there are tons of motivational groups as well. I've gone from 225 to 210 since I've signed up and I know friends who have had great success with it too. Oh and there's tons of recipes too for basically anything that you can think of and the meal plans work with every type of diet whether you're vegan or macrobiotic etc. Hope that explained it better
