It's very interesting how you split the different aspects of your personality into two very different characters. I would have never thought that they were both you. Though now that you say it, I can certainly see how that would work.

I can't wait to see how Sigel shows up.

Ok reallllllly quick....


I really want to pimp Eden Clubs in general and the Lit Club. I know of a really awesome company where we can get a few free magnetic stickers to put on cars and such so they can be removed if you don't want them to be seen at the time. I'm hoping it would eventually become part of the regular inventory or be given away as prizes during meetings and such. Obvs, there would be money involved via Eden and said label company, but it's a great way to get the ball rolling and see if it's something that takes off.

What do you guys think?

We really need to discuss the book though with the last 20 minutes. The theme: I am realy leaning toward a sort of "THIS IS US" kind of theme with the chapters broken up into the Month's we've been a club. The themes being the chapter header and then the work being featured. I am thinking one or two pieces per theme and a section that is the random stuff.
I am hoping to open the doors to the community again and ask if they would write about past themes and then vote on the best of the best.
I do want everyone to have a shot at getting at least one piee in the book...but we needs more material!!

Great idea...I would love to go back to some of the older themes.

If past work is selected can it be revamped in any way?

I've sent him an email about it and he said he was going to forward it to the appropriate people. Just thought if we could get a few members on board it would help fuel the fire.

I wish I could help, but like I said, I don't really write literary stuff. The one piece I submitted a while back was the closest I've come to writing literature since I graduated high school. I do have one teeny tiny little poem that I've never written down anywhere. I suppose I could submit it, but it's only four lines long and since I came up with it in junior high, it's not exactly anything fancy.

That's what we need to decide! The only caveate is we need material that is poprietary to the Eden Lit club. For this book we need only those things that have been on the blog or new material.

Heck for that matter we can ask people to send the stories to me and then we post those here in the meetings to be voted on with the ones not selected posted on the log in a special way...with a nice introduction as runners up or something

That would keep some new material for the book....unread by the blog readers!
