So, first things first. I see we've already started talking about the trivia, and the general consensus so far seems to be to include as much holiday and winter related stuff as possible. Does that sound right? Does anybody not want to see any religious stuff at all?

I think religious stuff is ok, as long as you cover a wide variety of religions, not just Christians.

I think most people would be respectful of some religious content, especially if many religions are represented.

I would not like to see religious stuff at all, but I know others do, so I will be fine with it.

I dont see religious stuff as offensive and im Atheist. Its still history and trivia regardless, so Im all for it. I dont get offended by things, people are too sensitive.

I don't really care either way about religious stuff. As long as every one keeps their cool and no one feels left out.

How about not focusing on religions and focusing on the things people normally do during the holidays? I mean, people who aren't Christians still celebrate Christmas or have Christmas trees. People exchange gifts, drink eggnog, build snowmen, etc.

Eh, but there are also people who aren't Christians who *don't* have Christmas trees... and if you add the brandy to the eggnog then the Muslims are left out!

Ok then, I will have some religious trivia, but only if I can find a wide enough range of religions to cover. I will of course have nonreligious trivia as well.

I have a yule tree instead of a christmas tree and I usually never drink egg nog. I like hot chocolate instead. I have traditions with my kids though. I think maybe do a party on traditions instead?

I guess I was more lumping Christmas into the "religious" category, not because I think it's a religious holiday per se, but because it seems to be lumped in there often. I will do my best to have a wide array of trivia in general that covers relevant topics of the holiday season.
