Might just be the brand. I love the creme stuff because you can just dab your finger on it and tap the color away. So insanely light and thin its awesome.

Well that is why I say a year or two. I need to research. Not just any tattoo artist, not even an awesome one. It MUST be an awesome one who SPECIALIZES in perm. makeup! I have been told of a couple around here, but am not ready to start looking....money wise.
