Unless it's a new item, "discontinued" means "discontinued". As in, they're not going to carry it anymore. But if you want a more informed answer, send in a support ticket. That's what you should do with ALL questions of this type and many others that only an admin or staff member could really answer.

Unfortunately, the Sexplorer has been discontinued and we are not planning to reinstate it. However, I can direct you to another product. The "Ultimate Mini Massager" set is also a vibrator that comes with a host of fun attachments. I've attached a link to the page of one of our retailer's sites. Try the Conair-Personal Care HM11M Hand Held Massager Ergonomic Handle Vibration ... it's at Amazon and Walgreens ... has some of the attachments but not all that the Sexplorer had. If you still have those attachments, feel sure from the look of the item that you could still use your Sexplorer attachments.
