Trouble with a Jopen Vr5

So one of my favorite toys, my Jopen Vr5, just decided to not turn on today. It isn't travel locked and isn't responding to the charger, no matter how many times I push the buttons nothing happens. Unfortunately this is the only toy I own that I don't have the box for so I'm pretty sure I can't do a defective exchange, I already emailed Jopen but I was wondering if anyone here had had a similar problem.

Hopefully Jopen can help and this is why I keep all the boxes for my toys. How long have you had it? If it is still within the 60 days with Eden I would submit a support ticket an see what they suggest.

Back in July, I'm hoping theres something Jopen could do, this is the only toy that I've ever thrown the box away for! it's just so big and I was running out of room
